Maianthemum dilatatum

May Lily. Spreading rhizomatous perennial. Pairs of glossy dark green leaves arise out of the rhizomes. Slender stems bear racemes of white flwrs, early summer followed by red berries.Shade, moist humous rich sandy soil, neutral/lime free, useful ground cover in woodland areas. Can be invasive. Ht 4"/10cm
