Enkianthus cernuus f. rubens

Deciduous, bushy shrub with dense clusters of dull green leaves that turn deep reddish- purple in autumn. Sm. bell-shaped, deep red flowers appear in late spring. Requires partial shade and moist acidic soil. Ht. 3m. Sprd. 2. 7m.
